What is The Shop Clubs?
The Shop Clubs is a premium car club with multiple locations featuring car lifts, wash bays, detail studios, meeting rooms, valet service, and a community of passionate enthusiasts.
How does membership work?
We offer multiple tiers — each with different levels of access to locations, amenities, and services. All memberships are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.
Can I access other locations with my membership?
It depends on your tier. Some tiers have access to the home location only, while higher tiers can access multiple or all locations.
How does valet work?
Eligible members can request valet service. You can schedule a pickup in advance or request your car on-demand. You'll see your real-time position in the queue and get notified when your car is ready.
How do I book amenities like car lifts?
Through the member app, you can browse available time slots for any amenity at your location and book instantly.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
You can cancel any booking within the cancellation window (typically 60 minutes before the start time).
Do you host events?
Yes! We regularly host Cars & Coffee mornings, track days, workshops, car shows, and social events. Events are posted in the member app and some are open to the public.
Is there a waitlist for events?
If an event reaches capacity, you can join the waitlist. You'll be automatically promoted when a spot opens up.
How do I apply?
Visit the Join page for your location and fill out the application form. Our team will review your application and contact you within 1-2 business days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time through your account's billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
